Settling In

It's nice to be back at Palm Shadows RV Park . . . because the weather is back to normal. Today's temperature reached 82 degrees and the forecast is for the daytime highs to be in the 70's and 80's for at least the next week or 10 days with no rain in sight. Also the wind has been fairly mild.



We have been spending most of our time so far just getting everything set up.

I had a lot of difficulty getting the satellite dish tuned in, so I broke down and requested a service call from Dish Network. A technician showed up the next day and repaired some connectors, installed new LNB's, and put on a new reflector dish . . . all without charge! Can you believe that?

Now our satellite reception is great.
