"The Good" - After three days on the road, we reached our destination, Palm Shadows RV Park in Donna, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley. The trip was uneventful and we arrived safely, without trouble.
"The Bad" - When we left Kansas on Tuesday, the temperature was in the 70's. When we arrived in the Rio Grande Valley in Southern Texas on Friday, the temperature was in the 40's. And I thought it was supposed to be warmer in the South than up North. Brrrrrr.
"The Ugly" - While we were on the road, we received word that the pending sale of our home in Kansas fell through. The prospective buyer was unexpectedly offered other employment on the West Coast and will need to relocate. This is the third time we had a pending sale on the house fall through . . . and I thought that "the third time's the charm". Not this time . . . but we're not giving up! We just haven't found the right buyer yet.
